Return & Exchange Policy
At Twelve, every garment is produced in limited quantities and many pieces may be made or finished based on the customer's order. Due to the nature of our production process, we do not offer returns.
However, we do offer exchanges under certain conditions outlined below.
Exchange Eligibility: We accept exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• Original tags must remain attached
• The garment must be returned in its original packaging
• The request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Products made with custom measurements, alterations, or special modifications are not eligible for exchange.

Please include your order number and reason for exchange.Items sent without a prior exchange request will not be accepted.
Exchange Processing Time
Once your request is approved and the product is received by us, exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days. If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit of the same value will be issued.
Store Credit
Store credit issued is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases on the website.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
All orders go through strict quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

• Clear images of the issue
• A video recorded while opening the package
Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.
